Our briefing process

It’s as easy as 1-2-3. To raise a brief with us please follow this simple process:

 

1: Fill out our Briefing Ticket

This simple form gets your project in our system nice and early, even before you’ve fully formed your brief. This allows us to get our heads together and collaborate with you at the earliest opportunity. (Please also see our Service Level Agreement section below).

Once we’ve received your form, one of our team will get back to you and acknowledge receipt. From this point any questions or conversations can start.

2: Meet up for a thorough Briefing Meeting

During the Briefing Meeting/call we discuss the needs that must meet or the challenges you need solving. This gives us both an opportunity to explore and agree on the best way forward as well as any other opportunities, challenges and time frames.

3: Estimation and approval

When the Brief is written up and approved we’ll do a full estimate and, if agreed, come back to you with proposals and approach. Once you’ve given us the go ahead and a Purchase Order, we can organise a Kick-off Meeting and crack on with delivering your project.

Business Cards

Briefing in Business Cards is even easier than our standard briefing process. Simply fill out this Business Card Order Form and one of our team will be in touch.

Our SLAs

From submission of the Briefing Ticket to when we start work on the delivery of your project we require six weeks to properly launch the project and to allow for resource to become available. We will always do our best to meet your needs, so if you need faster turnarounds do get in touch, but we can’t guarantee and/or there may be additional costs to bring in additional resource. Please talk with us at the earliest opportunity to avoid disappointment.
